This Privacy Policy describes how Linxi Number ("Linxi Number," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS messaging platform. Linxi Number is operated by Josh Nold.

Information We Collect

To operate the platform, we collect and store contact information that is uploaded or entered by the platform's operator, including phone numbers, first and last names, and the content of messages sent and received through the platform.

How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely to send SMS messages to contacts who have consented to receive them, to maintain a record of message delivery status, and to process opt-out and opt-in requests. Messages are only sent to contacts who have not opted out.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Contact information and message content are not shared with, rented to, or sold to any outside organization, except where required to deliver messages through our SMS provider (Twilio) or where required by law.

SMS Messaging

Recipients may opt out of receiving further messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opted-out contacts will not receive further messages unless they reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data Retention

Contact information is retained for as long as necessary to operate the platform, or until deletion is requested. Contacts may request that their information be deleted by contacting us using the information below.
